Service Description
At Mochi Motors Mobile Brake Repair, we bring expert brake services directly to you! Our comprehensive mobile service includes the replacement of brake pads, rotors, and hardware, alongside lubrication of slide pins and resurfacing of wheel hubs. Each job, however, is specific to your vehicle's needs. We also conduct a thorough suspension inspection to ensure your vehicle's safety and performance on the road. Trust us for convenient, professional brake care at your doorstep! A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your final service total. Deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Arrival Appointments are scheduled within a service window. Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs. You’ll receive a notification when your technician is en route. Deposits A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total service cost. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit. No-Shows If the vehicle is unavailable, inaccessible, or the customer is unreachable at the scheduled time, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be forfeited. Vehicle Access & Safety The vehicle must be parked on a level, safe surface with adequate working space (4ft on both sides of vehicle). Keys are required to complete the service (brake bedding is required). Service Limitations Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during inspection. Any changes will be discussed and approved before work continues. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for mobile repair. Payment Remaining balances are due upon service completion. We use Square for secure payment processing.
